Can I change my reservation?

Yes, it is possible to change the reservation depending on the availability. 


How do I cancel my reservation?

In case you would like to cancel your reservation please contact us via email followed by a call at ‭+30 697 7845080‬. Please read more about it in the “Cancellation policy” chapter.


What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge  if requested up to 30 days prior to your arrival. In case the cancellation request is 30 days or less prior to your arrival, 50% of the deposited amount will be charged. There is zero-refund policy for last minute cancellations  or if you don’t show up.


What happens if the host ( City Vibe Apartments ) cancels?

City Vibe Apartments reserves full right to the reservation on its side under committed only on full refund of clients pre-deposit.


What happens if a guest damages a property?

Please report any damage immediately so that it can be fixed as soon as possible. In cases of non reversible damage to installation and electro domestic appliances, an extra charge may be held.
